James Landry

James Landry is the founder and managing attorney of Landry Legal PLLC, a multi-practice law firm with offices in New York, NY and Decatur, Georgia (Greater Atlanta). A graduate of Florida State University College of Law and the University of New Hampshire — where he earned dual degrees in Entrepreneurship and Economics — James brings a unique blend of legal acumen and business insight to every client engagement.

Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018, James spent years honing his practice in entertainment and music law, representing recording artists, producers, and labels in complex transactions and disputes. This specialized experience led to a natural expansion into broader business law and intellectual property, as creative professionals and entrepreneurs sought his counsel on formation, contracts, trademarks, and copyrights.

Now based in Atlanta and admitted to both the Georgia State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, James maintains an active personal injury practice, representing accident victims throughout Greater Atlanta and across the state. He handles cases involving auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability — working on contingency so clients pay nothing unless he recovers compensation.
